The predictability of most people depresses me.

I think at some point this or next week, I’m going to try and make this. It’s called soboro, which is a bowl of white rice with teriyaki flavored ground chicken and scrambled egg on top. You can substitute ground chicken for pretty much anything - beef, pork, turkey, etc. Soboro is a “bento staple” in Japan, and honestly, looks delicious even though it’s such a simple recipe.

[F]uck [M]y [L]ife

I’m so sick of my mom and her constant bullshit. It’s sick to say, and even though I shouldn’t feel guilty at all, I feel bad for saying this, but she’s by far the most narcissistic, stubborn, lazy, meanest, person I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to know.
Jesse and I do so much for her, and she doesn’t appreciate any of it. We clean her house, do her dishes, go to the store for her, and what do we get? Jack fucking shit. She makes no effort to keep her own home clean, clean up or do dishes, she fucks everyone who’s ever loved or cared about her over [my father, me, her friends, everyone], and has a complete disregard for anything that doesn’t benefit her. All she cares about is herself and money.
Last Friday she called us from work and we came and got her because she hurt herself and pulled her hamstring muscle. Later that evening, we took her to the ER, and waited on her hand and foot. Now it’s almost Thursday, she refuses to go back to work until next Tuesday so her boss is forced to pay her for her days off [according to workman’s comp in Michigan, you must have a leave of absence of no less than 7 days from work in order to receive compensation from work missed], and all her medical bills and expenses. Just because she doesn’t like him and she knows this is just another way she can fuck someone else over and collect free money.

I’m so sick of it. I could literally vomit. We’re only living here because if we didn’t, we’d have no where else to stay except in our cars. I’m serious. We’d be homeless unless we stayed here and put up with her shit. Well it’s getting to be too much. I’m tired of being unemployed, I’m going to buckle down and work even harder to get a job, save as much money as possible, and move the fuck out. Forever.

Sorry for the ranting but it had to happen.

Jesse and I are going to the Kalamazoo Reptile & Exotic Animal Expo next Saturday, and I’m really excited to see all the cool animals there, especially the bearded dragons!

I wish I had some girlfriends to hang out with…
